Yes, of course. It is normal that you may want to make changes once progress starts and these changes can be managed after informing and agreeing with the project lead via written notice. This notice will serve as a confirmation for the new scope of work and the price impact (if any).

ETD Enterprises’ subcontracts most of their specialty work, such as electrical to individuals and/or companies that are fully licensed and insured.

Yes, we can help out with the permit application.

Yes, our team will work with you to design your vision and make it a reality. We will go through a number of designs until you are completely satisfied. Once the design is approved; we will move to the next step.
